① The concurrence of the sealing face is too large during installation, and the flushing fluid cannot take down the heat generated by disunion. The flushing fluid leaks from the concurrence of the sealing face, causing the end face to be overheated and damaged.

② The liquid medium vaporizes and expands so that the two end faces are separated by the vaporizing expansion force. When the two sealing shells are forced to fit together, the slicking film is destroyed and the end face is overheated.

③ The lubricity of the liquid medium is poor, the operating pressure is overfilled, and the shadowing and gyration of the two sealing shells aren't accompanied. ② The centrifugal pump transmission corridor is of poor coaxiality. After opening the centrifugal pump, the end face of the centrifugal pump will be shaken and rubbed formerly at each turn. The running track of the moving ring is different, which results in the end face evaporation, overheating, and wear.

② The frequent circumstance of hydraulic characteristics of the liquid medium causes vibration of the pump group, performing in misalignment of the sealing face and failure. ③ When the cryogenic pump is shut down, if there are no special conditions, the pump should always be filled with liquid. The suction stopcock and discharge stopcock should be kept typically open. The cryogenic pump with double-end mechanical seal, the liquid position regulator, and the sealing liquid in the pump sealing depression the grouting pressure of the pump should be maintained.

④ For pumps that transport media that are easy to solidify, solidify, precipitate, etc., stop the pump to help blockage, and flush the pump and channel with clean water or other media in time. Drain the accumulated liquid in the pump to help rust and indurate cracking.
